i know which stylist you are speaking of, i had my hair done by him too, the good news is that the person is no longer there, and i am guessing because that stylist was not receiving good feed back. went back to the salon shortly after and recieved the best service, attentiveness and results that i have ever had! i urge you to give them another shot, i think you will be pleasently surprised!

I have been to many salons but Jade in greensboro's Shops at Friendly by far has been the best! The stylist are attentive, creative and know exactly how to make you look awesome. I have never had a better expeience anywhere else, with the ritual that comes with your service to the end result with my hair! I would suggest anyone to go to this salon if you are wanting an upscale salon environment in the peidmont area. Not only do they do a fantastic job, Aveda is an awesome company to support. All there products are naturally derived and leave your hair AND body looking and feeling wonderful!

Made appointment with Jade Aveda expecting to have a relaxing experience, to be pampered while having my hair cut and colored. Instead stylist was not attentive (I was in the salon for nearly 3 hours) and actually had 2 visitors while trimming/coloring my hair (personal trainer + past girlfriend???) Very unprofessional and upsetting considering the cost of services at Jade. Called to complain and was offered no compensation by management. Highly disappointed with visit.
