I've had a considerable amount of dental work completed by other dentists over the past few years and I was always very anxious about my appointments. During my first visit, Dr. Osborne immediately put me at ease. He took time to listen to my concerns and he has a warm gentle way about him. The work Dr. Osborne did on me looks beautiful and I love to show it off to my friends. The best part is that all of it was done pain free. I didn't feel a thing!! His wonderful staff complete this positive experience. I refer all of my family and friends to Dr. Osborne and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Jim Osborne is an exceptional dentist. He uses the latest technology and methodology. The patient is always comfortable and Dr. Osborne's manner is so reassuring. I would recommend him to everyone. Going to the dentist is a very pleasant experience. The entire staff is dedicated to patient care and the highest standard of service.

Dr. Osborne is the most gentle and caring Dentist in NC!! After having some bad experiences in the past, Dr. Osborne has done several procedures in my mouth with ZERO pain! I appreciate the technology in his office as well as the friendly and helpful staff. I recommend him to everyone I know!
